By using this website and booking through Apex Frontier Hunts, you agree to the following:

  1. Apex Frontier Hunts is a hunting broker, not a licensed outfitter in foreign jurisdictions.

  2. All safaris are conducted by independent, licensed outfitters.

  3. Trophy fees, daily rates, and package details are subject to change by the outfitter.

  4. Clients are responsible for:

    • Valid passports and visas

    • Firearm import documentation

    • Compliance with local laws

  5. Hunting inherently involves risk. Clients participate at their own risk.

  6. Apex Frontier Hunts makes no guarantees regarding trophy size or harvest success.

  7. Any disputes related to the safari itself must be addressed with the outfitter conducting the hunt.
