Apex Frontier Hunts – Global Booking Terms

 

Apex Frontier Hunts operates as an international hunting broker connecting clients with vetted professional outfiting partners worldwide.

Specific outfitter names, concession locations, and operational details are proprietary business information and are disclosed only after a booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been received.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure hunting dates and confirm a safari booking.

 

Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Required to reserve specific dates and allocation

  • Considered a commitment to proceed under the agreed package terms

 

By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Dates are reserved exclusively for the client

  • Outfitter details will be disclosed after confirmation

  • The booking constitutes a binding agreement

 

Deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation by the client.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment terms will be outlined in the client’s booking confirmation.

Failure to submit final payment by the agreed deadline may result in:

  • Cancellation of the safari

  • Forfeiture of deposit

  • Release of reserved dates

CHANGES BEYOND CONTROL

Apex Frontier Hunts is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by:

  • Government regulation

  • Travel restrictions

  • Airline disruptions

  • Natural events

  • Political instability

  • Acts of God

 

Clients assume responsibility for international travel risk.

INSURANCE REQUIRMENT

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Trip cancellation coverage

  • Medical coverage

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Firearm coverage (if applicable)

Apex Frontier Hunts is not responsible for financial losses due to travel disruption or personal circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Apex Frontier Hunts acts solely as a booking intermediary.

All hunts are conducted by licensed professional outfitters operating within their respective jurisdictions.

By booking a safari, the client acknowledges:

  • Hunting involves inherent risk

  • Wildlife behavior is unpredictable

  • Success is not guaranteed

  • Trophy size cannot be guaranteed

Apex Frontier Hunts shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or dissatisfaction arising from the safari experience.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Submission of a deposit confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Refund Policy.
